What do I do if I find faults with the property after I have bought it

The buyer cannot allege faults in the property about which he knew beforehand or should have know at the time of the purchase offer. If the buyer has inspected a property prior to the transaction or ordered such an inspection, he or she cannot allege faults of which he or she should have been aware at the time of the inspection. On the other hand, this does not apply when the seller is guilty of gross negligence or the seller's conduct otherwise runs counter to honest business practices and good faith.
