What are the delivery procedures of the property
The property is to be delivered, clean and tidy, on the appointed day, at which point the responsibility for all risk to the property is transferred from seller to buyer. It is desirable that buyer and seller meet at the delivery of the property and ascertain that all is as it should be. The property should be delivered in the condition stipulated in the contract. The seller should already have had the electricity and heating meters read and notified the providers of these services of the names of the new clients. The seller should then have informed the home owners association in question of the new member.
