How do I certify the purchase agreement
The real estate agent, as stated before, looks after the interests of both buyer and seller, inter alia the registration of the purchase agreement and bond. When the purchase agreement has been registered, the real estate agent conveys the original copy of the registered agreement to the buyer. Following the registration, the real estate agent conveys the document to the mortgage credit institution which, in turn, deposits the amount of the mortgage into the seller's account or according to other instructions from the parties involved.
